Position: Account Executive, Rochester, NY

  • Develop new accounts by initiating and nurturing profitable relationships with small and midsized businesses
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue requirements
  • Manage opportunities through Kriteriums Opportunity Management portal
  • Responsible for closing deals as a percentage of logged opportunities per quarter
  • Responsible for assisting with entering new markets and growing business in existing markets
    • Ability to building and maintain sales pipeline and forecast for opportunities
    • Plan and run regularly scheduled product demos, lunch and learn events and seminars
    • Providing continuous training and support for customers and partners
    • Proactively maintain vendor, product and industry knowledge
    • Creation and presentation of product and company content via Powerpoint
    • Participation in sales meetings
    • Foster communication with vendors to brief them on the status of sales funnel and to provide ongoing forecast information
    • Good oral and written skills
    • Ability to present in front of small groups of people
    • Good time management and calendaring skills using Microsoft Outlook
    • Comfort with mobility tools such as a laptop, cellular phone, PDA and mobile internet connectivity
    • Flexibility to work from home when workload demands

    2 Years of Sales Experience

    Salary is commensurate with experience

    Experience with SonicWALL or ShoreTel products is a bonus!
