Position: Sales/Marketing Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide Administrative Support to Sales Department.
  • Assist with the creation of Sales Proposals. 
  • Process Signed Quotes through our Ticketing system.
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of marketing events and seminars.
  • Greet Customer and Vendor Visitors.
  • Assemble Marketing Packages and Update corporate style guide.
  • Keep current Vendor Marketing materials on file for Sales Department use.
  • Cold Calling for Lead Generation.
  • Special Projects as assigned.
 
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
  • Professional appearance and attention to detail.
  • Interest in learning sales best practices in an IT environment.
  • Problem solving skills are required to solve complex problems with versatility, flexibility and willingness to working within constantly changing priorities.
 
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent computer skills related to use of the Internet, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Publisher and Photoshop.
  • Comfort with telephone skills and email communication. 
  • Dynamic Customer Service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be a team player, but have the ability to work independently on assigned projects.
 
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

At least one year of study towards a Marketing
or Sales related degree
