Assist with the planning and preparation of marketing events and seminars.
Greet Customer and Vendor Visitors.
Assemble Marketing Packages and Update corporate style guide.
Keep current Vendor Marketing materials on file for Sales Department use.
Cold Calling for Lead Generation.
Special Projects as assigned.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Professional appearance and attention to detail.
Interest in learning sales best practices in an IT environment.
Problem solving skills are required to solve complex problems with versatility, flexibility and willingness to working within constantly changing priorities.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Excellent computer skills related to use of the Internet, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Publisher and Photoshop.
Comfort with telephone skills and email communication.
Dynamic Customer Service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be a team player, but have the ability to work independently on assigned projects.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
At least one year of study towards a Marketing or Sales related degree
